Have you spotted accounts or content that look coordinated, duplicated, or artificially amplified, targeting the public information space? This channel is dedicated to that type of report — separate from our other contact requests.

What we document

  • Networks of accounts showing coordinated behavior (timing, duplicated content, batch creation).
  • Artificial amplification campaigns designed to make content appear more spontaneous or widespread than it is.
  • Content presenting itself as an authentic local voice while evidence suggests otherwise.

Useful information to include

  • Direct links to the accounts or content concerned.
  • Timestamped screenshots, in case content is likely to be removed.
  • A factual description of the observed behavior, without interpretation.

Confidentiality

Your identity and the origin of the report remain confidential. We never publish the identity of a person or organization behind a report without their explicit consent.

What we are not

ODII is not a judicial or law-enforcement authority. If you are witnessing a criminal offense or a direct threat, contact the competent authorities — this channel is reserved for documenting coordinated inauthentic behavior, not for handling emergencies.
