Through our forms, we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message or report.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to process your request or report and respond to you if needed. It is recorded in our internal message management system.
Reports and confidentiality
Data submitted through our report page benefits from enhanced protection: your identity is never published or shared with a third party without your explicit consent, including when a report contributes to a published bulletin.
Retention period
Data is retained for the time necessary to process your request or, for a report, for the duration of the case analysis, in line with applicable Moroccan data protection regulation.
Your rights
In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP), the competent Moroccan authority on this matter.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to our message management system is restricted to authorized EBH Technologies personnel.
