EBH Technologies — Independent center, founded in 2026
Office of Digital Information Integrity
We detect and document coordinated inauthentic behavior campaigns — coordinated accounts, duplicated content, artificial amplification campaigns — and report on them through public, evidence-based bulletins.

Year founded, under EBH Technologies
Our mandate
Four missions, one goal: document without ever accusing lightly
01
Observe
Continuous monitoring of public sources relevant to the public information space.
02
Document
Every coordination signal is archived, timestamped and linked to its primary source.
03
Publish
Public reporting through sober, verifiable, referenced bulletins.
04
Alert
Reporting to platforms and relevant parties when the evidence warrants it.
Why this center exists
Coordinated campaigns, presented as spontaneous
We observe, on social media, accounts and content that present themselves as authentic local voices, sometimes calling for illegal action, and spreading in a coordinated manner — while part of this activity in fact originates abroad. This type of coordinated inauthentic behavior deserves to be identified, documented, and made public, with the rigor that requires.
Our role is not to judge the opinions expressed, but to expose the artificial coordination mechanics that make them appear broader, more spontaneous, or more legitimate than they really are.
Our non-negotiable principle
Never "true" or "false" — always evidence, confidence, limitations
We never issue a verdict of truth. Every claim published in a bulletin is linked to verifiable source evidence, accompanied by a confidence score and the explicit limitations of the analysis. This discipline protects the people concerned from a misjudgment and guarantees the credibility of our publications.
Evidence
Every finding rests on an archived, consultable primary source.
Confidence
A confidence score accompanies every claim, never an absolute certainty.
Limitations
The methodological limitations of the analysis are always made explicit, never omitted.
Our approach
Public, legal collection that respects platforms
Our monitoring relies on public, legally accessible sources — websites, blogs, forums, social media via official APIs. Analysis of more restricted platforms will only happen through compliant channels (a licensing agreement or an official API): we exclude any unauthorized collection as a matter of principle.

Our capabilities
From monitoring to documented publication
Multi-platform monitoring
Continuous monitoring of public sources relevant to the public information space, in Arabic, French, Darija and English.
Coordinated pattern detection
Identification of coordination signals: timing, amplification networks, duplicated content.
Evidence-linked documentation
Every finding is archived and traced back to its source, with its confidence level.
Bulletin publication
Sober, verifiable public reporting, meant to inform without ever accusing lightly.
Independence and confidentiality
A private office, not a public authority
ODII is neither a government agency nor a regulatory body. It is a private center operated by EBH Technologies, which documents observations and has no mandate to substitute for the courts or the competent authorities.
Transparent affiliation
ODII operates under the responsibility of EBH Technologies, a public and identifiable entity — no anonymity about who is behind our publications.
No topic-linked funding
The choice of documented campaigns is not influenced by any external source of funding.
Source confidentiality
Individuals or organizations who report a potential case to us can do so confidentially.
Bulletins
First bulletin in preparation
Our first case study, on a campaign of coordinated accounts, is currently under analysis. No bulletin has been published yet — this page will be updated as soon as the first report is ready.
