Every published bulletin will carry a unique identifier in the format ODII-[year]-BUL-[sequence number] (e.g. ODII-2026-BUL-001), an explicit publication date, and an overall confidence level consistent with the detailed scores in the report body.
Confidence scale
- Low
- Signal identified, partial corroboration or single source.
- Moderate
- Several independent sources converge, some limitations remain.
- High
- Strong cross-corroboration, minor methodological limitations.
